Senior Planner

Construction Senior Planner - Devon
RGB Recruitment is excited to announce a new opportunity for a Construction Senior Planner to join a tier one principal contractor on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the program of works projects at tender, PCSA and delivery stages of projects that can range from £5m to upwards of past £50m.

Responsibilities:

1. Creating, maintaining and reviewing a programme of work
2. Production & monitoring of tender event schedule / procurement schedule
3. Producing site logistics, scaffold schedules, temporary power & water requirements, temporary work schedules
4. Developing information for tender settlements including benchmarking
5. Liaising with sub-contractors
6. Attending regular site visits
7. Independently assess progress against programmes and report findings
8. Assist with the PM report and populate the planning and controls sections
9. Develop the programme and associated documents in line with the form of contract

Requirements:

1. Use of Asta Power Project
2. Able to use Bluebeam (or similar) for take off's, logistic plans etc
3. Strong knowledge of JCT & NEC contract conditions and how this affects planning
4. Experience as a Construction Planner, previously worked on large value commercial schemes
5. HNC or Construction related Qualification
6. Relevant driving licence
