An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Physiotherapist within CREST (Cardiac and Respiratory Team) at the Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust. The team is responsible for the delivery of both cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation services across Guildford and Waverley, as well as respiratory physiotherapy outpatients.
You must be a well-organised individual, with excellent communication skills and have completed rotations in respiratory and/or cardiac. The post requires concise decision-making and the ability to liaise with all members of the multi-disciplinary team.
This post is suitable for applicants who already work at Band 6 level or Band 5 Physiotherapists who have a special interest in cardiac/respiratory and are looking to expand their knowledge and skills. We are committed to CPD and will work with you to further your skills and experience.

To assess and treat patients referred into CREST for either respiratory or cardiac physiotherapy needs. To support the team in the organisation and provision of an efficient, high-quality, and co-ordinated physiotherapy service for patients in each area. To undertake a defined clinical caseload. To ensure that patient and service standards and priorities are met. To provide clinical supervision to assigned junior physiotherapists, technical instructors, physiotherapy assistants, and students.
