Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Data and Performance Analyst to join our growing team. As part of the role, you will collaborate with the team to identify, implement, and validate the most suitable tools (i.e. Kibana, Grafana, Splunk, Google Analytics) and translate business needs into actionable metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data analysis of specification, data profiling, measurements, and improvements.
  • Creating and maintaining data visualizations (defining architecture, implementation, training and support, monitoring, and tuning).
  • Presenting data in compelling, clear, and actionable stories.
  • Leading and facilitating workshops for stakeholders.
  • Developing a performance management framework including defining KPIs and ensuring these are measurable.
  • Working collaboratively alongside agile delivery teams.
  • Producing regular performance reports and dashboards that drive stakeholder decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with presenting analysis and visualizations to communicate complex messages.
  • Providing tactical and strategic recommendations to inform wider decisions while applying innovative approaches to resolve problems.
  • Programming skills for data and analytics using SQL.
  • Experience with designing/building complex reports/dashboards using Power BI/Tableau/Qlik/SAS.
  • Experience with various tools including Kibana, Grafana, Splunk, Google Analytics.
  • Good influencing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of the technical concepts required and how they fit into the wider technical landscape.
  • Experience working within an agile development team.
