Senior People Lead specialising in Employee Relations, you will play a pivotal role in promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment within our Group. Your primary focus will be on handling complex employee relations cases and providing expert guidance on HR policies while collaborating with the wider HR team to achieve exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as a subject matter expert in employee relations, providing advice and guidance to managers on complex ER issues.
- Lead on employee relations casework, including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management.
- Develop and implement strategies to support positive employee relations and compliance with employment law.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction across the Group.
- Partner with the HR Manager - Employee Relations to deliver effective resolutions and ensure consistency in ER practices.
- Support the wider HR team in achieving strategic goals and delivering positive outcomes for staff and teams.
Requirements:- Proven experience in employee relations, with a strong track record of managing complex ER cases.
- Comprehensive understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- CIPD Level 5 or 7/equivalent HR certification or working towards is essential.
