Job Title: Senior People and Culture Administrator
Location: London (Minimum: 2 days per week in the office)
Department: People and Culture
Reports to: VP People and Culture

As our Senior People and Culture Administrator, you’ll support our Product, Technology, and Data teams by delivering first-class P&C services throughout the employee journey. Reporting to the VP of People and Culture, you’ll help drive data-informed decisions that elevate our workforce and engage top talent.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with P&C Business Partners to execute key processes, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance reviews, and engagement surveys.
  • Analyze data within the Workforce Plan to ensure it aligns with recruitment, budgets, and headcount requirements, providing valuable insights to leadership.
  • Create and maintain detailed analytics and reporting on employee lifecycle metrics, driving data-driven insights for the P&C team.
  • Guide managers on P&C processes, from hiring and onboarding to development and engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate on P&C projects and strategic initiatives that align with our broader business goals.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes within a dynamic organization.
  • Strong analytical skills, with advanced Excel proficiency for data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with P&C processes and systems (Cascade experience is a plus), along with a CIPD qualification (completed or in progress).
  • A proactive approach to managing high-volume tasks, balancing commercial needs with sound risk management.
