Here at Serco, we have multiple current and historic pension schemes that are administered by various providers. We are a New Fair Deal Employer, and current schemes include company DB and DC schemes plus Local Government, NHS, and PCS public sector schemes.
We are seeking a Service Delivery Pensions SME who will provide dedicated pensions support to the business and its employees in relation to these schemes. You will ensure Serco is compliant with scheme rules, that contributions are deducted correctly, returns are completed on time, and that employees are supported with any queries they may have, with a particular focus on the public sector schemes.
