Senior Pensions Administrator - Key Responsibilities:
Administer and manage pension schemes, ensuring accurate and compliant processing of pension calculations, transfers, retirements, and related tasks.
Respond to and resolve pension scheme queries from members, providing high-quality customer service.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of pension services.
Ensure all pension records are updated and maintained in compliance with relevant regulations.
Support the team with reporting, audits, and other pension-related tasks.
Keep up to date with pension scheme legislation and regulatory changes.Profile
Senior Pensions Administrator - Key Requirements:
Previous experience in pensions administration, with a sound understanding of both defined benefit and defined contribution schemes.
Knowledge of pension regulations and legislation.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective client relationships.
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in processing pension-related information.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
