We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Pension Systems Analyst to join our Pension Administration team. This role will be working as part of the Penstream team. Penstream is Barnett Waddingham's in-house application covering all aspects of pension administration. This is a permanent, full-time role and it can be based in our Birmingham, Bristol, Cheltenham, Glasgow, Leeds, or Liverpool offices working on a hybrid basis.

A snapshot of your day:

1. Provide advanced level day-to-day frontline support of the pension systems.
2. Configure the pension systems to provide automation for schemes with standard and complex benefit structures.
3. Provide Pension Systems and advice, as a Subject Matter Expert, to standard and complex project work.
4. Produce reports and provide analysis of standard and complex pension system data.
5. Update and export simple, standard, and complex data from the pension systems for the transfer of client services to another provider.
6. Research and develop solutions, test new development/procedures.

We would love to hear from you if you have:

1. A minimum of GCSE Grade “5” or “C” in Mathematics and English or equivalent.
2. An in-depth knowledge and high level of experience of pension and payroll administration.
3. A knowledge of Microsoft Office to an advanced level.
4. Hold, or studying towards, a professional qualification (for example, Certificate in Pensions Calculations, Advance Diploma in Retirement Provision).
5. A qualification in project management is desirable.
