  • Industry & Trend Analysis – Stay ahead of digital trends, emerging platforms, and audience behaviours to inform recommendations.
  • Senior-Level Decision Making – Provide thought leadership on media planning, organic content strategies, and digital effectiveness.
  • Internal Team Development – Mentor and support junior team members, ensuring they develop strategic acumen and industry expertise.
  • 5+ years experience in a strategic role within a creative or digital agency.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement multi-channel strategies across organic social, content marketing, and digital media.
  • A deep understanding of B2B and B2C audiences, content engagement strategies, and media planning.
  • Experience in leading and growing national and international brand accounts.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking, able to turn insights into actionable plans.
  • A data-driven approach, ensuring strategies are informed by analytics, insights, and audience research.
  • Confident in leading client presentations and pitches, with a persuasive and impactful communication style.
