Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Direct and manage the paid media of some truly inspiring businesses.
2. Analysing, strategizing and executing Paid Social campaigns with a 360 approach.
3. Contributing to creative briefs and evaluating the effectiveness of creative assets.
4. End to end campaign management from set up and activation through to analysis and reporting to the team and clients.

The ideal candidate:

1. Have run Meta ads professionally for 3+ years and TikTok ads for at least 1 year for a number of different e-commerce brands, preferably at an agency.
2. Analytical and creative thinker.
3. Curious and inquisitive, ask questions and be hungry for knowledge.
4. Small and large budget experience.
5. Able to hit the ground running and get stuck in, happy to do what is needed to get the job done.
6. Full funnel campaign experience with a 360 approach to problem solving.
7. Enjoys working hard and being sociable.
8. Multiple languages is a bonus.
