An established UK-based charity is seeking a Senior Paediatric Registered Nurse to join its specialist team providing expert care and support to children and young people with life-limiting conditions. Operating in South East London, this organization has been delivering exceptional clinical care, symptom management, and family support for over 25 years.
As a Senior Registered Nurse, you will lead and deliver high-quality, holistic nursing care, supporting children and families through complex health needs. You will coordinate shifts, manage caseloads, mentor junior staff, and contribute to multi-disciplinary care planning.
Up to £52,000 per annum

- Provide specialist nursing care tailored to individual needs

- Supervise and mentor newly qualified nurses and healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with external professionals to deliver integrated care
- Registered Nurse (RCN / RGN / RNLD) with paediatric nursing experience
- Strong clinical skills in symptom management and safeguarding
- Experience with children with disabilities and complex health conditions
- Excellent leadership, communication, and IT skills
