Senior Operations Manager

Trevett Services have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Operations Manager to join a FM and building services provider in Middlesex.

You will play a vital part in facilitating Hard FM activities undertaking the functional, technical and management aspects of the FM contract with respect to planned/reactive maintenance, minor project work and the Forward Capital Maintenance Programme requirements.

This is a full-time permanent role, paying up to £70,000 per annum in addition to a comprehensive benefits package and car allowance.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Operations Manager:

  • Deliver high quality Hard FM services ensuring adding value, increased productivity, and cost efficiencies wherever possible.
  • Responsible for the management of planned maintenance regimes.
  • Manage resource requirements for the Hard FM services, including the provision of labour and materials.
  • Maintain a close liaison with the Client FM Function to ensure day-to-day requirements of delivering the FM contract are met.
  • Be responsible for contractual performance in accordance with agreed budgets, compliance with the Service Level Standards.
  • Assist in the development of capital replacement programmes for plant and equipment.

Essential experience the Senior Operations Manager would need:

  • Previous healthcare experience.
  • PFI knowledge.
  • Previously worked within an FM environment.
