Senior Operations Analyst - Leading Alternative Investment Manager (3-Month Contract) Join a top-tier investment manager supporting PMs and traders across equities, derivatives, futures, and FX. Key responsibilities include trade reconciliations, corporate actions, regulatory reporting, cash management, and system enhancements. Requires 5+ years' trade support experience, strong problem-solving skills, and familiarity with fund structures. Ideal for proactive professionals seeking a high-impact, short-term role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform trade, position & cash reconciliations with prime brokers & fund administrators
• Manage corporate actions, trade bookings & static data maintenance
• Oversee cash & margin activities, ensuring seamless operations
• Handle regulatory reporting (EMIR, Short Disclosures)
• Assist PMs with P&L discrepancies and new market/product launches
• Work closely with execution traders on trade bookings, queries, and ad-hoc requests
• Collaborate with business analysts & FinTech developers to enhance trading systems
• Support Fund Accounting in resolving NAV queries
• Identify cost efficiencies in trading-related activities (financing, stock loan, WHT rates)

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of trade support experience in a fast-paced investment environment
• Strong ability to liaise directly with PMs and traders on operational queries
• Proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communicator, capable of escalating issues appropriately
• Ability to thrive both independently and in a collaborative team setting
• Experience with UCITs & Cayman fund structures preferred
• Familiarity with Traiana / CTM
