The Senior OEB (own exclusive brands) E-commerce and Digital Performance Manager is a strategic leader and mentor within the Brand, Content, and Digital team. As a subject matter expert in e-commerce, digital marketing, and customer-centric online experiences, the role champions best practices and innovation for our own exclusive brands across Kingfisher’s banners (B&Q, Screwfix, Castorama, etc.) and digital platforms. The role is responsible for defining and executing the e-commerce and digital strategy for own exclusive brands, with a focus on maximizing visibility, findability, and growth across all digital touchpoints, including banner websites, standalone brand sites, marketplaces, social media, and internal channels.
