  • Post graduate experience of working with complex medical and long term conditions
  • Experience in working within a multidisciplinary team
  • Post graduate experience and knowledge in 3 or more areas, i.e. orthopaedics, amputees, care of the elderly, neurology and Intermediate care.

Desirable criteria

  • Member of appropriate specialist interest group
  • Experience in working in Intermediate care
  • Experience in frailty and dementia care

Skills & Knowledge

  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and computer skills
  • Able to demonstrate the implementation of the OT process effectively.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise own caseload
