Senior Mental Health Nurse RMN £5,000 STARTING BONUS
Pay: £39,511.70 - £42,073.20/pa (dependant on experience) + £5,000 WELCOME BONUS

Senior Nurse RMN essential requirements:
  1. Valid NMC pin with no restrictions present
  2. A minimum of 12 months' experience as a nurse
Senior Nurse RMN role:
  1. FULL-TIME/ PART-TIME HOURS AVAILABLE
  2. 2 weeks of induction on starting the role including agreed shadowing time
  3. The role is within a 52-bedded, acute mental health hospital; 2 adult acute wards and 2 PICUs.
  4. Able to support junior staff in their professional development, through excellent and effective clinical leadership, mentoring, teaching and sharing of knowledge and practice
  5. Promote the best interest of clients and carers and ensure that prescribed nursing care is consistently implemented to your allocated patients
  6. Assess, plan and deliver nursing care which considers patient choices and wishes, while acting as the patients' named nurse
  7. Carry out patient assessments and evaluate their progress accurately
  8. Review and Monitor Nursing Care Plans
  9. Evaluate and respond to changes in patient conditions as appropriate
  10. Maintain a continued level of personal professional development in accordance to preceptorship and revalidation
  11. Work in accordance with safeguarding adults and children policies and requirements
  12. Ensure the requirements of the Mental Health, Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty Standards are met
  13. Adhere to Medicine Management policies at all times
