Senior Network Engineer £40,000 - £46,000

We're partnered with a multi-award-winning Welsh health-care organization that is expanding their Networks team. The Senior Network Engineer will be supporting over 10,000 users and over 180 services across over 100 sites. The industry that the organization specializes in is forecasted to expand substantially over the following 5 years.

The Senior Network Engineer will work in the Network Services team to ensure the terms and conditions are fulfilled between ICT Services and its customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead on projects and have 2 Juniors supporting you.
2. Design and support the Network infrastructure including Security and an extensive Wi-Fi estate.
3. Undertake the technical tasks required in providing a comprehensive Network and Security (Firewalls).
4. Demonstrate strong knowledge in all matters relating to both the wired and wireless network.

Key Attributes:

1. 3+ years' experience in network support capacity.
2. Proven experience in Wi-Fi projects.
3. Strong expertise in Cisco technologies (R&S, Security, Wifi, and Data).
4. Great communicative, administrative, and time management skills.
5. Adhesion to Service Level Agreement terms.
6. Ability to improve processes for service improvement.
7. Qualified in at least one of the below: CCNA (R&S), CCNA (WIFUND), CCNA (Security), CWTS/CWNA/CWNP, ACWA/AWCWP, ITIL V3 Foundation.
8. Welsh speaking is desired but not a necessity.
