Job Description

The Senior Airline Network Development Manager collaborates with the Head of Aviation - Business Development to optimize Heathrow's network and slot utilization. This role involves engaging with airline networks and scheduling, influencing industry policy, and managing relationships. The candidate must have strong communication skills, commercial experience, regulatory knowledge, and teamwork ability.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

  1. Negotiating the use of runways, terminals, and aircraft.
  2. Facilitating airline engagement.
  3. Collaborating with teams in Climate Change & Strategy, Reputation, Risk & Engagement, Solutions, Legal, Operations, Cross-Customer, and the Aviation Team.

Working Location

Our Hybrid working approach offers the opportunity for colleagues in some roles to work from home for an average of two days a week, providing the flexibility to work in an agile way whilst ensuring we deliver for the operational needs of Heathrow. Working arrangements vary from team to team and will be confirmed during the recruitment process. You'll need to be based in the UK and within a commutable distance to Heathrow.
