Now, we're looking for a Senior .NET Developer to help shape and evolve our cutting-edge product suite. You'll play a vital role in delivering quality features, mentoring junior developers, and influencing the technical direction of our platform-all while helping advisers and their clients achieve their financial goals.

Your day-to-day:

1. Build and enhance key features using modern .NET technologies, following SAFe Agile methodology
2. Collaborate with Senior and Principal Developers to introduce new best practices and design patterns
3. Lead code reviews, sharing your expertise to raise the bar for quality and performance
4. Provide mentorship to junior team members-supporting them in writing clean code, testing thoroughly, and managing technical debt
5. Act as a technical leader within your team, helping shape objectives and guide delivery
6. Contribute to a high-performing, outcome-focused culture

What you'll bring:

1. 6+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 focused on web applications
2. Strong hands-on skills in .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, C#, and SQL Server
3. Experience with ASP.NET MVC and exposure to ASP.NET Web Forms
4. A solid grasp of object-oriented principles (including SOLID), and ORM frameworks like Entity Framework, Dapper, or NHibernate
5. Proven ability to lead small developer groups and deliver within Agile teams (SCRUM, Kanban)
6. Familiarity with SOA, microservices, and message bus architectures like NServiceBus
7. Great communication skills and a strong understanding of stakeholder needs across the business

Bonus points if you have experience with:

1. The financial services industry
2. Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
3. DevOps workflows
4. CQRS patterns
5. Microsoft Azure (Functions, ServiceBus, Storage, VMs)
6. Git version control
