Senior .Net Engineer - Remote/Manchester (1 day a week) - up to £70k + benefits

Senior .Net Developer

Location: Manchester (Hybrid Working)

About the Role:
My Client within the fin-tech industry is looking for a Senior .Net Developer; you’d be working on designing, developing, testing, and maintaining their core platform. Their tech stack includes .NET microservices, AWS and React. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build new features, improve existing systems, and contribute to their continuous delivery pipeline.

Experience:

  • Expert-level knowledge of C# and .NET.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS (or equivalent cloud platform), DevOps, containerisation, and infrastructure-as-code.
  • Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Deployment.
  • Experience with designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, SOLID principles, and quality code.
  • Experience with front-end technologies (React, CSS, SASS, Node) is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with monitoring platforms like Grafana, CloudWatch, or ELK stack.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
