Senior .NET Developer

2/3 days a week in either Bath or Cardiff

£40,000 - £60,000 (experience dependant)

I am looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join an innovative business providing cutting edge software services that empower companies to navigate health and safety regulations, streamline supply chain compliance and manage workforce risks.

You will play a crucial part in building high quality software applications and be a key player in modernising the platform using .NET Core as well as making these applications cloud functional! This role will be a mix of hands on coding, problem solving and mentoring to create better software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web, mobile, and desktop applications.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional software.
• Contribute to improving development processes and team efficiency.
• Write, test, and maintain clean, scalable code.
• Provide third-level support and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Mentor junior developers and support team growth.

Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web Forms, SQL Server, and RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of web-based applications and security best practices.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Azure, DevOps, CI/CD, and scalable application principles is a plus.
