Elite Associates have partnered with an award-winning and innovative beauty brand to support on the search for a Senior National Account Manager to join their growing team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at national retail accounts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and supply chain, to ensure successful execution of account strategies
Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
Negotiate terms and agreements with key accounts to maximize profitability and market share
Monitor and report on account performance, providing regular updates to senior management
Identify and pursue new retail opportunities to expand the brand's beauty presence
Analyse and manage retailer P&Ls, ensuring financial objectives are met
Line management responsibility for National Account Manager, driving delivery, setting goals and KPIs and mentoring to achieve results
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of experience in national account management within the beauty or consumer goods industry
Proven track record of driving sales growth and building successful relationships with national retail accounts
Passion for the beauty industry and a deep understanding of retail operations
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data to inform strategic decisions
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
