Our mobile service operates nationally, so some travel across the UK can be expected with travel costs covered by medneo UK.

Main duties of the job

As a Senior Mobile Radiographer, you will be at the heart of our operations, delivering high-quality MRI services. You will perform a variety of MRI examinations including specialised examinations such as cardiac, abdominal, neurological, and musculoskeletal.

Job responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Performing high-quality mobile MRI diagnostic imaging services across various locations nationwide in our state-of-the-art trailers.
• Ensuring the safe and effective use of imaging equipment, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Providing exceptional patient care, ensuring comfort and addressing any concerns during the imaging process.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver accurate and timely diagnostic information.
• Mentoring and supporting junior radiographers, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
• Traveling nationally to provide mobile imaging services as needed, with the flexibility to adapt to different work environments.

Qualifications

• HCPC registered Radiographer with significant experience in diagnostic imaging.
• Proficiency in MRI imaging.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a mobile imaging unit.
• Willingness to travel extensively and adapt to various locations nationwide.
• A genuine commitment to enhancing the patient experience.
