Our mobile service operates nationally, therefore travel across the UK can be expected with travel costs covered by medneo UK.
Main duties of the job
As a Senior Mobile Radiographer, you will be at the heart of our operations, delivering high-quality MRI services. You will perform a variety of MRI examinations including specialised examinations including cardiac, abdominal, neurological, and musculoskeletal. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Perform high-quality mobile MRI diagnostic imaging services across various locations nationwide in our state-of-the-art trailers.
- Ensure the safe and effective use of imaging equipment, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring comfort and addressing any concerns during the imaging process.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver accurate and timely diagnostic information.
- Mentor and support junior radiographers, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
- Travel nationally to provide mobile imaging services as needed, with the flexibility to adapt to different work environments.

Requirements:
- HCPC registered Radiographer with significant experience in diagnostic imaging.
- Proficiency in MRI imaging.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a mobile imaging unit.
- Willingness to travel extensively and adapt to various locations nationwide.

Person Specification
Qualifications
- BSc Radiography or Equivalent.
- HCPC Registered Radiographer.
- A recognised qualification in I.V. cannulation.
- A full UK driving licence.
