5 days week - Office based. London

Up to £70,000 + Generous Package

Fella & Jones is on the lookout for a Senior Merchandiser/Merchandising to take the lead in driving our global sales, stock, and profitability strategy across Wholesale, Retail, Off-Price, and Digital channels. Reporting into the Merchandising Director, you will play a key role in all planning and forecasting of the business.

What you will be doing:

1. Strategic Planning & Forecasting: Develop seasonal budgets, range plans, and sales forecasts to drive sustainable growth across all channels.
2. Stock & Inventory Management: Oversee stock flow, intake, replenishment, and markdowns to optimise sell-through and margin.
3. Trade & Performance Analysis: Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to influence buying decisions, pricing strategies, and promotional activity.
4. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with Buying, Merchandising, Finance, and Digital teams to align commercial strategies.
5. Omni-Channel Focus: Ensure a seamless product offering across multiple sales channels, balancing inventory and demand effectively.

What we are looking For:

1. Proven experience in a senior planning or merchandising role, ideally within a multi-channel retail business.
2. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategic recommendations (Advanced Excel required).
3. Commercial awareness and problem-solving mindset – ability to adapt plans based on trade performance and market shifts.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills – confident in influencing key stakeholders and working cross-functionally.
5. Experience in working with Wholesale, Off-Price, and Digital channels is a plus.
