Are you an experienced Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor looking to work on high-profile commercial projects in Central London? My client, a leading global leader in construction, is seeking a skilled MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their team, delivering large-scale shell and core, fit-out developments.

The Role:

As a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the commercial management of major projects, ensuring financial success while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full cost management of MEP packages, including budgeting, forecasting & cost control.
• Oversee procurement, contract administration, and commercial reporting.
• Manage change control, risk mitigation, and value engineering.
• Work closely with project teams, subcontractors & stakeholders to ensure cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company & industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Open to candidates from a MEP Contractor background.
• Strong knowledge of shell & core, fit-out project phases.
