£500 - £600/day Ltd (Outside IR35)
Our client is a principal contractor who is 6 months from reaching PC on a major construction & engineering project in Manchester. Due to tight deadlines and a complex engineering programme, we are looking to secure a Senior MEP Project Manager with significant experience in a “live working” environment, to push £45M of MEP through the final stages of installation, commissioning & handover.
The Senior MEP Project Manager will need to be technically competent in M&E engineering, be an experienced leader on major construction projects, and have the drive and energy to ensure this project gets delivered on time.
There will be some evening and weekend work required. We will ensure your day rate is sufficient to cover the expectations, but our client, in return, needs commitment to the cause.
