We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join our mental health team at HMP New Hall based in Wakefield.
HMP New Hall is a female adult and young offenders institution offering medium level of security with a population of 344 females.
The mental health team consists of a team lead, 3 x senior mental health nurses, 1 x learning disability nurse, 1 x mental health nurse, 1 healthcare assistant, and 2 mental health practitioners. The mental health team has an office based within the healthcare department; however, you will be mainly based on the prison wings conducting clinics, assessments, and managing caseloads.

This position is full-time, and you will receive an annual salary of up to £42,094 - £47,466 per annum FTE, depending on experience.
