Senior Mental Health Nurse

As a Senior Mental Health Nurse, you will have a genuine chance to shape the future of a state-of-the-art hospital. You will be providing leadership and guidance to the MDT, along with being responsible for ensuring the nursing team delivers top-rate mental health care.

• Deliver high quality, service user focussed care for patients
• Work alongside a team of professionals including Ward Managers, Doctors, Support Workers, Therapists and Activity Coordinators
• Provide leadership and guidance to fellow members of the MDT
• Engage in continuous quality improvement within the service
