As a Senior Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will:

1. Provide care for patients with acute mental health needs
2. Work within a multidisciplinary team including Ward Managers, Charge Nurses, and other healthcare professionals
3. Participate in the assessment and treatment of patients
4. Ensure adherence to NMC standards and guidelines
5. Demonstrate a commitment to quality improvement and change
6. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
7. Work flexible shift patterns, including days and nights

The ideal Senior Registered Mental Health Nurse will have:

1. Valid NMC registration as RMN or RNLD
