Job Title: Senior Mechanical Engineer – TEMP – Nationally

Engagement Type: (Inside IR35)

Location: Nationally (Epsom / London / Bristol / Manchester / Leeds / Glasgow)

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: £55–70 dependent on references

Bring your skills to the mix as a Senior Mechanical Engineer. You will play a vital role in every aspect of mechanical engineering on transformational programmes for critical UK infrastructure, with opportunities to work on iconic engineering projects both domestically and internationally.

Your Purpose:
  1. Lead a team to undertake technical design work following relevant design standards and codes, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  2. Prepare briefs, scopes of work, and input into bid proposals.
  3. Successfully manage time and budgets to meet key project milestones and programmes.
  4. Work closely with teams in the UK and abroad to deliver integrated design solutions.
  5. Adhere to quality assurance standards in design.
What you can bring:
  1. Chartered Mechanical Engineer.
  2. Experience in leading design delivery, including multidisciplinary design.
  3. In-depth knowledge of mechanical equipment, such as pumps, blowers, screens, and chemical dosing plants, along with a comprehensive understanding of current UK design standards and practices.
  4. Strong understanding of legislation such as CDM and ATEX.

Security Clearance: This role may require security clearance. Employment offers will depend on obtaining the relevant level of clearance. If necessary, this will be discussed during the interview.
