Design of mechanical systems to concept stage meeting business, statutory legal and contractual requirements for government programs with an ensuing role of technical assurance management ensuring that the design principles are maintained by the contractor through the developed design and construction. There will be requirements to assist the client in the tender process, condition surveys and handover.
A passion for building services and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving, and delivering successful, well-engineered projects. Working on a variety of government and public frameworks forming key operational and embodied carbon strategies (where necessary) and overseeing the successful delivery of the projects acting as client technical advisor.
