Senior Mechanical Engineer – Warwickshire

Our client is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer with experience in and a passion for the Medtech sector to join their expanding team in the development of products with a global impact. As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, Your Role Will Include:

• Working on a diverse range of projects, e.g. well-known consumer products to safety-critical medical devices
• Manage and work alongside others, taking a technical lead role on a diverse range of exciting projects.
• Working closely with designers, electronics, software engineers and other skill teams to integrate the visual and functional aspects of a product to create design solutions.
• Take responsibility for your technical work – senior engineers will be available for advice.
• Guide, support and check the work of the more junior members of the engineering team.

Experience For This Senior Mechanical Engineer:

• Experience working in a product design or development environment, using Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) tools.
• A First or Upper Second Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a University with an engineering reputation, or an equivalent broad-based technical qualification.
• Experience in low-volume rapid prototyping technologies as well as high-volume processes such as injection moulding.
• Enjoy assimilating new information and learn new skills very quickly in a dynamic environment.
