We are looking for exceptional senior mechanical engineers with extensive product development experience to join our successful, dynamic technical team. You will have the chance to work alongside outstanding individuals on a diverse range of exciting and challenging projects, from well-known consumer products to novel transport solutions and safety-critical medical devices, knowing that your input can make a real difference to people's lives.

The package:

Monday to Friday, 37-hour weeks based onsite, with half days on Fridays! Paying up to £55,000pa DOE, plus bonuses and weekly social activities including football, badminton, cycling, and much more!

What do you need?

• A degree in mechanical engineering.
• Medical manufacturing experience would be an advantage.
• Experience working in a product design or development environment.
• A track record of delivering exceptional results across wide-ranging projects.
• A track record of overseeing projects and client relations.
• Knowledge and experience in low volume rapid prototyping technologies as well as high volume processes such as injection moulding.
• To lead by example in setting standards with a "can do" attitude that inspires colleagues and clients.
