From chainsaw chains and chipper blades to oils and stump grinder teeth, their products are trusted by thousands of homeowners, professionals, and small businesses across the UK and Europe.

As they continue to scale, they are now looking for a Senior Marketplaces Manager to take full ownership of their Amazon and eBay stores – helping them drive aggressive growth, increase sales, and expand their product range across platforms in the UK, throughout Europe, and beyond.

Are you the right person for the job?

  • Comprehensive experience managing Amazon and eBay accounts, ideally for a product-based or manufacturing business
  • Proven record of driving marketplace sales growth and profitability at scale
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, marketplace algorithms, and ad platforms
  • Strong experience using Helium10, keyword tools, and performance dashboards
  • Confident with Excel, data analysis, and feed management software (e.g. Linnworks, ChannelAdvisor, etc.)
  • Commercial thinker who thrives on identifying new product gaps and turning insights into sales
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills – hands-on, proactive, and results-driven

What will your role look like?

  • Own the performance and strategy of all marketplace activity
  • Lead sales growth initiatives across Amazon and eBay, including domestic and international expansion into Europe and other high-potential regions
  • Drive conversions through listing optimisation, targeted promotions & pricing strategies
  • Identify high-potential product opportunities based on customer demand, competitor analysis, and keyword trends
  • Use tools like Helium10, Amazon Ads, and eBay Promoted Listings to optimise listings and maximise visibility
  • Monitor daily marketplace performance (traffic, conversion, Buy Box %, ACoS, ROI), and take data-driven actions to improve
  • Proactively manage account health, feedback, and policy compliance
  • Oversee inventory accuracy, fulfilment strategies, and shipping performance
  • Collaborate with customer service and warehouse teams to ensure an excellent post-sale experience and avoid order issues
  • Troubleshoot listing issues, handle suppressed or flagged products and maintain compliance with platform policies
  • Manage the full marketplace catalogue, including new product setup, bundle creation, and seasonal range planning
  • Enhance product listings with strong keyword optimisation, clear descriptions and high-converting visuals
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales & Marketing, marketing team and internal stakeholders to align campaigns and drive performance
  • Support wider ecommerce initiatives where marketplace insights are valuable (e.g., product demand trends, customer behaviour)

What can you expect in return?

  • Join a fast-growing UK brand with strong customer loyalty and repeat sales
  • Office-based role in Sheffield (Monday–Friday) with an early finish every Friday
  • Real autonomy to shape marketplace growth strategy
  • Be part of a friendly, supportive team that values initiative and impact
