The role is a Fixed Term Contract (12 months). We are looking for a talented Snr. Marketing Manager to grow the footprint of the Delivery Service Partner (DSP) program. The program gives entrepreneurs an opportunity to develop a successful package delivery business with low start-up costs and access to Amazon's technology and logistics experience. You will be responsible for a number of strategic projects that underpin our brand and performance marketing strategy across EU, APAC and the MENA region, in order to grow brand awareness and generate inbound leads into the application funnel. The role is broad in scope covering responsibility for customer insight, marketing mix choices (channels and investment levels), marketing budget ownership and spend optimization, agency management, measurement/ evaluation and reporting results to senior leaders. The ideal candidate has a track record of success in marketing strategy, and a strong background in performance marketing and lead generation campaigns. You also have proven experience managing priorities and working effectively across a number of internal stakeholders, strong project management skills, attention to detail, and an entrepreneurial, creative spirit.


This role will support international expansion across APAC and MENA.


The ideal candidate will be able to move between strategy and execution on a daily basis. You have experience and influence in cross-team collaboration across multiple projects. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, resourceful, customer focused and have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.


Key job responsibilities
  1. Own market research of local audiences to identify insights and targeting strategies
  2. Work with global brand owners and local business teams to create relevant positioning for each country
  3. Creation of marketing launch strategy to support business goals, in conjunction with central strategy teams on paid channels, SEO, martech and content marketing
  4. Own regional budget with accountability on spend and efficiency targets
  5. Recruit and manage local agency partners to manage paid media, work with global agency partners on localizing efforts
  6. Own driving brand awareness, lead generation and applications of prospective DSPs
  7. Creation of annual and quarterly campaign strategy including creating agency briefs, planning workflows, agency management and reporting
  8. Automate and improve triggered communication throughout the customer journey
  9. Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholder teams to deliver a best-in-class experience across the marketing funnel.

Experience in developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs

Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages

Experience in marketing or marketing research

Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements

Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership

Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners

Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
