Building out 360 in-store and online partnerships with our beauty brands, the Senior Marketing Manager will deliver market-leading campaigns, reporting into the Group Head of Marketing - Luxury & Premium, and working closely with the Beauty Commercial team.

This opportunity would suit an entrepreneurial marketeer looking to develop their marketing skills in a fast-paced, agile culture. At Frasers Group you will lead, have autonomy and make a personal difference from the day you step in the business.

You will have the scope to shape marketing campaigns, both for our fascias as well as our brand partners, devise strategies as to how brands show up across FLANNELS' and FRASERS' touchpoints using your marketing and industry expertise and with that in mind, create and implement exciting offline & online marketing plans that speak to our customers.

As a key figure within the marketing team, you will be the category guardian for Beauty and how it shows up across channels, and your work will inspire the wider marketing and commercial teams.

As part of this role, you will be a key contact for our beauty brand partners across the group (FRASERS and FLANNELS), working with them to create commercially successful marketing campaigns which meet both ours and the brand's objectives. You will lead supplier funding negotiations and measure the success of all campaigns based on pre-agreed commercial and marketing KPIs, implementing learnings for future campaigns to ensure the category is always developing.

  • Delivering the Marketing strategy and objectives for the Beauty division to drive brand and commercial growth.
  • Overseeing and driving the seasonal marketing calendars for FLANNELS and FRASERS, ensuring all channel teams have the assets, information, and guidelines to deliver effective campaigns across their respective channels. • Partnering with commercial teams to act as the conduit between Marketing and Commercial. You will attend key appointments with strategic brand partners to maintain and grow relationships, understand the brand's calendars, opportunities and launches, and to ensure clear integration of campaigns into our calendars and on-point execution across channels.
  • Managing all brand partner marketing relationships and supplier funding negotiations, working to an annual target. Ensuring brand buy-in and associated investment into each campaign by proactively pitching to brand partners and identifying commercial opportunities. You will prepare all necessary presentations for brand pitches.
  • Partnering and working cross-functionally with key channels such as Commercial, Social, Retail, PR/Talent, Campaign & Content and E-Commerce etc to ensure alignment and seamless implementation of marketing campaigns and messaging.
  • Managing the category marketing budget including funding from brand partners.
  • Working closely with our Retail teams to ensure all physical touchpoints are filled at key calendar moments with compelling activations and takeovers to surprise and delight our Beauty customers.
  • Using data and analytics to review, report and assess performance of all campaigns. Ensure all campaigns are delivered and reported on in a timely manner, on budget and that all key learnings are shared with key stakeholders in the business and brand partners where necessary.
  • Dissecting the Beauty and competitor landscape to identify opportunities and trends in the market for Frasers Group to maximise upon.
