An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and creative marketing professional to lead a dynamic and forward-thinking Marketing team within a leading provider of further and higher education. As Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's brand and driving strategic marketing activity across B2C and B2B audiences.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for education and a drive to lead innovative marketing strategies that increase visibility, support student recruitment, and engage key stakeholders, including prospective students, employers, and the wider community.

What will the role involve?

1. Lead the development and execution of annual B2C and B2B marketing strategies, underpinned by relevant market research.
2. Manage and evolve promotional activities, media relations, publications, and social media to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and reputation.
3. Oversee the delivery of creative and effective campaigns that support organisational growth and student recruitment.
4. Lead, develop, and inspire a skilled marketing team, fostering innovation and high performance.
5. Collaborate with academic and operational departments to ensure cohesive, well-aligned marketing activity across the organisation's diverse portfolio.
6. Provide regular reporting on campaign performance and progress towards strategic goals.
7. Manage open events and support lead generation across campuses and target audiences.
8. Ensure content and marketing initiatives support segmented customer value propositions aligned to the organisation's four business pillars.

What will you ideally bring to the role?

1. Degree in a relevant field or significant professional experience in marketing.
2. Demonstrable experience in creating and delivering successful marketing strategies.
3. Proven track record in delivering integrated marketing campaigns and meeting ambitious targets.
4. Experience managing a marketing team.
5. A professional marketing qualification (Level 4 or above).
6. Management qualification.
