- Branding: Develop branded templates, designs, and marketing materials, ensuring razorblue’s visual identity shines across platforms.
- Video Visionary: Oversee podcast and video production—from planning and filming to editing and distribution—while coordinating projects to create impactful company-wide content.
- Events: Support event and webinar planning by researching, managing logistics, coordinating with teams, and delivering seamless experiences for attendees.
- Content Creation: Write case studies, blogs, and PR materials aligned with razorblue’s strategy, showcasing creativity and consistency across all channels.
- Data-Driven Marketer: Set marketing goals, analyze trends and campaign performance, and track KPIs like social engagement—backed by insights to drive continuous improvement.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a Professional marketing qualification (e.g., CIM) is desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns.
- Experience in email marketing, branding, content creation, and video production.
- Track record of working with external vendors (e.g., for AdWords, design, print, PR).
- Experience in event planning and networking.
- Strong written and verbal communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical and reporting abilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Competent in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Database management skills.
- In-depth understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies, particularly in the technology sector.
- Familiarity with market research methodologies and data analysis.
- Understanding of digital marketing trends and techniques.

- Excellent conversational fluency in English is required to clearly explain complex technical issues.
