Senior Marketing Executive – property/real estate – up to £40k + benefits

Our client is a well-established property consultancy with an impressive history and plans for transformational growth. They are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Marketing Executive to support with innovative multi-channel marketing and communications campaigns.

As Senior Marketing Executive, you will support the Head of Marketing with planning and delivering forward-thinking marketing plans and campaigns that drive brand awareness and effectively continue to position this company as a property industry leader.

Using your understanding of multi-channel marketing and communications, you will help to execute creative and varied marketing activity including creating engaging content and data-driven analysis.

A diverse marketer will thrive as part of this leading organisation. You will support with social media, website management, content creation, email campaigns, database management, SEO, awards & events, and more!

What do I need?

• 3 years+ in a multi-channel marketing position
• A positive and creative mindset
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
• Previous experience in property/real estate is a bonus!
• A data-driven approach to digital marketing
