Senior Marketing Automation Manager

We are looking for an automation expert who can lead our marketing automation strategy and drive adoption of new ways of working amongst our marketing community, as well as helping stakeholders understand the power of digital and data. As our Senior Marketing Automation Manager, you will lead the transition from our current Marketing platform (Marketo) to the Microsoft Dynamics365 Customer Insights platform, and help us reach a state of BAU within a defined timescale.
With a strong understanding of marketing technology and best practices, you'll help turn business goals and growth objectives into reality, powered by digital and data. We want all our teams to benefit from our martech strategy and data insights, to continuously improve client acquisition and client experience.

Knowing you’re right for us
Joining us as a Senior Marketing Automation Manager, the minimum criteria you’ll need is previous demonstrable experience in B2B digital marketing and proven success stories using a marketing automation platform (e.g. D365 Customer Insights, Adobe Marketo Engage, Salesforce Marketing Cloud); a highly proactive, progressive, and analytical mindset and have outstanding written, oral, and organisational abilities; experience of using CRM (ideally MS Dynamics) to support digital marketing and an understanding of CRM best practice for marketing activities.
