Job description

The Role:

We’re looking for an experienced talent acquisition professional to join our Global People team in London. We’re looking at rapid growth on a global scale in 2025 so this is a pivotal role to enable our objectives. You’ll be responsible for talent acquisition in all our locations across Europe, the US and the Middle East and will partner with our inspiring leaders across key areas of the business such as product, marketing, PR, creative, engineering, finance & legal and digital.

We’re one of London’s first true hardware companies and the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will be a key player in hiring the brightest minds to help us make tech fun again.

The successful candidate will be a hungry and dynamic talent acquisition professional with strong experience hiring for a high volume of positions for a rapidly growing brand or organisation. This is a far reaching role which will empower you with responsibilities across all key talent acquisition project streams including DE&I, candidate experience and employer brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment process including briefings, search strategy, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, feedback management, offer management and negotiation
  • Partner with hiring managers to provide a stellar internal service and deliver top talent in a timely and efficient manner
  • Proactively develop pipelines of potential talent for upcoming roles
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and control our PSL; proficiently negotiate competitive terms and ensure agencies are upholding our high standards of candidate care
  • Work with the wider team to implement and uphold best-in-class recruitment processes
  • Attract the best talent - use proactive and innovative methods to reach out to both active and passive talent and bring them to Nothing
  • Manage our external job postings, ensure they are up to date and attracting the appropriate talent
  • Ensure that our company values are baked into our recruitment processes at every touchpoint
  • Stay abreast of the latest talent and recruitment trends in our markets - stay in the loop with the latest developments and keep the wider team in the know!
  • Partner with the wider People Operations team to support across various processes as well as specialist projects in a multitude of areas
  • Work closely with our talent acquisition teams in India and China to ensure that global talent processes are aligned and consistent

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience working in talent acquisition in a fast paced tech environment.
  • Background in hiring for start-ups and emerging brands, helping them to beat competitors to top talent and grow at a rapid rate
  • Strong ability to build and nurture relationships with candidates, line managers and key stakeholders
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, confident managing multiple workstreams concurrently
  • Confident dealing with demanding senior stakeholders and holding colleagues accountable when needed
  • Proactive entrepreneurial mindset - you’re solutions driven and always looking for something to fix/improve
