About The Role

Veralto is seeking a Senior Manager Service Delivery Excellence, HR Shared Services to contribute to the mission of the Shared Services team, which is to deliver the best associate experience and enable our HR teams and associates to focus on the highest-value work through operational excellence, technology, and analytics.

This role will be based remotely in the USA or Canada with 10-15% travel expected (domestic and international).

In this role, a typical day will look like:

1. Acts as project manager for the planning, implementation, and ongoing support for Shared Service Delivery projects, tool implementations, and improvements, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery at the highest quality.
2. Leads the team responsible for building and maintaining the knowledge base, driving right content to right associate every time.
3. Leads the team driving Service Delivery quality, training, and change management, ensuring Service Delivery processes are mapped, documented, and continuously improved.
4. Supports the HR M&A Due Diligence team on hire-to-retire processes, highlights risk, develops countermeasures to ensure ROIC, and leads integration/divestiture Shared Service activity.
5. Is a steward of process improvement through VES (Veralto Enterprise System).

The essential requirements of the job include:

1. 10-12 years of experience leading projects and continuous improvement initiatives with proven substantial savings, following the project lifecycle methodology and lean principles.
2. 6-8 years of leadership experience.
3. 2-3 years of experience in a Shared Services model.
4. Project Management Certification.
5. Continuous Improvement or Lean Certification.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

1. Mergers and Acquisitions.
2. Veralto Enterprise Systems (VES) or Lean/Kaizen Principles and Tools.
3. Change Management experience or certification.
4. Global experience with multi-country implementations.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $155,000 - $175,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
