Epsilon is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Compensation - Line of Business to join the Sales Compensation team. As a Senior Manager, you will support and be responsible for the sales compensation plan administration for two or more Lines of Business. The Senior Manager will report to Sales Compensation Leadership and will work closely with the greater SC team, as well as various departments across Epsilon including functional HR/Finance teams (Payroll, Financial Systems, Revenue, IT, etc.).
What You'll Achieve
As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high performing team of two or more analysts. You will also be responsible for the implementation of plans into Xactly, new hire plan onboarding, commission calculations, policy governance, escalation resolution, and sales leader and field support. You will own validation and submission of commissions consistently, accurately, and timely. You will serve as the subject matter expert for the sales compensation plans you manage, ensuring the resolution of inquiries and concerns related to sales compensation plans and payments is completed timely and thoughtfully. You will actively contribute to the ideas for the enhancement of existing sales compensation processes, systems, reporting, and policies. You will contribute to sales compensation plan performance analysis, including correlation between results and payments by plan and comparison to historical performance periods. You will work directly with individuals across the organization including Finance, Accounting, Internal IT, and Sales Operations, as well as Human Resources, Total Rewards, Legal, and Sales. You will support the Sales Compensation team in their mission to provide best-in-class sales compensation plan administration.
