Reports to: VP, Grober Nutrition

Purpose:
Reporting to the VP, Grober Nutrition the Senior Manager, Sales and Marketing will play a key role in developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue and expand market share. Sitting as a key member of the management team, this role will lead our sales and marketing professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. The Senior Manager, Sales and Marketing, will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with current partners, dealers, distributors, and producers while also working on strategic opportunities to generate new business leads to enhance Grober Nutrition’s reputation as a leader in the animal nutrition industry.
