Job description
This role involves administering a complex and varied client portfolio with a senior level of technical ability and supporting junior staff; taking on new business and ensuring it is processed efficiently; undertaking client and advisor visits and fee reviews while achieving fee collection targets; ensuring the team meets commercial objectives; managing debtor days and cash collections; conducting uncommercial fee arrangement reviews and escalating concerns; ensuring staff training is received and risk management is adhered to; interviewing; leading management meetings; providing technical support regarding client structures and complex transactions; managing relationship development; supporting impact/risk assessment regarding changes in local and international regulations and legislation; and participating in budget setting.
Candidate Requirements:
- At least 10 years relevant experience
- ICSA/STEP qualified
- Excellent understanding of Trust Laws, Fiduciary duties, taxation and its effects on trust and corporate, and Trust and Company best practices
- 'Hands-on', pragmatic, and solutions-driven
- Commercial acumen

- Able to adapt to change
