Senior Manager, Private Client

Our client is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Senior Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of private client structures. This role involves relationship management, operational excellence, and financial oversight to drive profitability and client satisfaction. The successful candidate will act as the senior lead for client portfolios, ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering long-term client relationships.

Job Duties:

1. Manage a portfolio of private client structures, building strong relationships to meet financial targets.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, proactively addressing service needs and reducing client churn.
3. Provide technical guidance on complex matters and act as an escalation point for the team.
4. Coach and develop team members to deliver high-quality, client-centric services.
5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and implement process efficiencies.
6. Develop skills to act in a fiduciary capacity as a director on client boards.
7. Oversee financial management, including fee proposals, invoicing, collections, and cost monitoring.
8. Conduct regular profitability reviews and implement necessary remedial actions.
9. Participate in projects, contributing innovative ideas and challenging the status quo.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3+ years' experience in trust and company administration or a relevant field.
2. Strong management experience with a proven track record in leadership.
3. A professional qualification such as ICSA, STEP, or CGI is desirable.
4. Comprehensive knowledge of trust administration, company law, and tax implications.
5. Familiarity with local regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
