Role Overview

Sodexo Live! is seeking aSenior Manager, Operational Excellenceto join our team!

Our airport lounges are dedicated spaces for passengers to relax and rejuvenate while awaiting their next adventure. Join our team of experience-makers and food fanatics and be part of creating memorable experiences!

What You'll Do

  • Travel between 60-80% between airport lounge portfolios;
  • Lead efforts to improve food and beverage business operations across the airline lounge segment, with the goal of increasing efficiencies, improving workflow, and mitigating operational risks;
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization to reduce waste and inefficiencies;
  • Develop relationships with portfolio leaders, unit leaders, and subject matter experts to promote improvement initiatives and adoption to change;
  • Provide operational guidance incorporating policy, protocol, and systems;
  • Support operational excellence through back of house fundamentals and structures;
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

What You Bring

  • Possess a background in high-end or luxury food and beverage operations;
  • Have experience working with FOH/BOH, up to interaction with high-level, luxury clients in a guest-centric environment;
  • Have a work history demonstrating strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization;
  • Possess the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and exhibit a passion for a high level of customer service;
  • Exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 5 years

Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years in operations, operations support, or a related field
