Senior Manager Legal Counsel - Technical - UAE

Job Description

A leading aviation organisation in the Middle East is seeking a Senior Manager Legal Counsel Technical to provide specialist legal expertise on aircraft, engine, and component contracts. This position will be based in Middle East.

Key Focus Areas:

• Aircraft & engine-related agreements (GTAs, PBH, STCs)
• Leasing, sale, and purchase contracts (OEMs, wet leasing, chartering)
• MRO service agreements & airframe modifications
• Strategic legal advice to senior management

Requirements:

• Qualified lawyer in a common law jurisdiction (UK, US, Australia, etc.)
• 10+ years PQE in aviation-related legal matters
• Strong contract negotiation & drafting skills
• Previous airline or aviation law experience
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Russian or Middle Eastern is highly desirable.
