Job Description Summary
JOB TITLE: Senior Manager, Investment & Change Delivery - CIB COO
SALARY: From £80,000+ (dependent on experience)
LOCATIONS: Edinburgh / Birmingham / Bristol
HOURS: Full-Time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join the Optimisation & Delivery team, part of the CIB Chief Operating Office. The team enables the sustainable growth of CIB through cost, headcount and operating model optimisation, as well as the execution of strategic change.
Optimisation & Delivery is made up of 3 core functional areas:
Operating Model Design: Work with the senior leadership team across CIB to ensure that strategic investment in the CIB operating model is fully aligned with the CIB North Star.
Change Delivery (CIB Integrators): Co-ordinate large-scale change that requires engagement across multiple business units, functions and/or 3rd parties to successfully deliver value and intended outcomes for the CIB business, our clients and colleagues.
Headcount & Cost: Report, manage and optimise all people and cost activity for CIB.
We’re looking for a Senior Manager to join us on our journey to work closely with the Head of Optimisation & Delivery, our Change Delivery team and our Investment and Platform partners to deliver change at pace and maximise the value delivered from our strategic investment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver a plan for Investment & Change delivery oversight across the team.
Ensure a robust and embedded partnership service is adopted across all change delivery.
Support Lead Integrators to ensure change governance and risk frameworks are fully embedded, in line with Group policies.
Responsible for change delivery reporting, administration and supporting leadership team with relevant risk management activities.
Build and maintain relationships with key internal team members, acting as a trusted business partner that helps us to deliver change at pace.
Lead, facilitate and attend key meetings to review change delivery, financial performance and operational plans.
Lead on financial position for team investment and change, including cost, budgeting and reporting.
Provide financial analysis and insight in relation to strategic investment and change delivery.

What You’ll Need
Your application will demonstrate strong evidence of:
Proficiency in agile delivery and thinking, encouraging a culture of experimentation and learning, including the use of tools such as Confluence and JIRA.
A commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, regularly reviewing and refining processes and ways of working to eliminate inefficiencies, improve delivery cadence and enhance return on investment.
Confidence and adeptness in analysing large, sometimes disparate data sets to help focus on identifying the right problems to solve and/or drawing out conclusions or recommendations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with evidence of influencing up to senior Executive level.
Demonstrated leadership skills, with a proven ability to drive high performance through empowering team members.
